U.S. Stocks Closed in the Green (Market Trading)

Wall Street closed in the green on Thursday as investors keep watch over corporate earnings and politics. In Europe, the UK and the European Union managed to reach a Brexit deal that Prime Minister Boris Johnson said he feels will pass Parliament.

United States and Turkey reached an agreement on a ceasefire in northeastern Syria during Vice President Mike Pence's visit to Ankara. President Donald Trump called the deal "incredible."

Dow Jones gained 0.09% led higher by UnitedHealth. The S&P 500 advanced 0.28% as Dover Corp. and United Rentals led the gains. The Nasdaq 100 added 0.28%; Netflix was the top performer after the company's released its third-quarter earnings.
